Offline Programming
Midlake has the ability to program brakes off line, providing shorter lead times for our customers. By the time a job hits the floor, our operators already have a program, which includes tooling selection, staging layout and bend sequence.
Our Capabilities
Our software generates the optimal blank size for each form, which means we can produce components to tighter tolerances. There’s no guesswork involved. We manufacture without extra setup pieces, and we pass this savings along to our customers. Midlake also has the ability to produce and maintain custom forming tools in house through our machining and 3D printing. This includes our proprietary hinge tooling.
