Capabilities
Midlake offers a variety of deburring options. Our specialized equipment includes our Lissmac, which rounds the edges of laser-cut components, making them safe to touch without protective gloves. We also have vibratory tumblers that use ceramic to remove burrs from the metal. For smaller metal components, we use our bead blasting services.
Benefits of Deburring
Deburring is used to round the edges of components, producing smoother edges that are safer to handle. The deburring process also allows secondary finishes, such as powder coating, to adhere better.
Additional Metal Fabrication Services
Midlake offers in-house welding, laser cutting, turret punching, press brake forming, hardware insertion or pemming and powder coating. We also offer CNC services, such as machining, milling and turning.
