    Generally, we are not a good fit for rapid prototyping opportunities. We specialize in making parts in repeat production. Please contact Midlake Sales if you have questions about production samples.

    We can fabricate a wide range of products, including enclosures, panels, brackets, frames, and custom components. We can also further assemble the components we fabricate. Our capabilities are versatile and can meet the needs of various industries.
  • Are you ISO Certified?
    Yes! Our quality system complies with ISO 9001:2015.
  • What types of materials can you work with?
    We work with a variety of materials including cold and hot rolled steel, aluminum, stainless steel.
  • Do you provide finishing and coating options?
    Yes, we offer various finishing options, including powder coating, painting, plating, and more to provide corrosion resistance, improved aesthetics, and durability.
  • Can you help with design?
    We are always happy to make suggestions that may improve the manufacturability of a product when applicable. However, we recommend working directly with an engineering consultant if you are starting from scratch.
  • What is sheet metal fabrication?
    Sheet metal fabrication is a manufacturing process that involves cutting, bending, and shaping flat metal sheets into various components and products.
  • What are your lead times?
    Lead times can vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project. We work closely with our clients to establish realistic timelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Can I visit your facility?

  • What files should I send Midlake for a quote?
    The best file to send us would be a 3D .stp/.step file. 2D .pdf prints are also helpful to understand special requirements such as tolerancing, welding locations, finish requirements, etc. Contact Midlake sales for a full list of compatible file types.
